The College of Physicians and Surgeons hosted the third meeting of leaders of Psychiatric organizations in Puerto Rico last Monday 18 august 2008.
Dr. Dalila Aguilu, President of the Coalition of three organizations and Dr. Rafael Cabrera, President of the Psychiatry Chapter of the College initially started the meeting. It was a show of mental health force and acumen.
