Go to supermarket only twice a month and only at the time fewer people go
( like Mondays at 5 am)
Do not go shopping to have fun as if there are no risks to your life.
Instead go for no-stop sight-seeing car rides.
Let people visit you only in an open space of your home.
Get the flu shot, if you have not done it yet.
Think of getting the covid vaccine as early as available.
Know in advance the days and places where you can have a covid test near your home.
Look for common symptoms
Cough, fever, difficulty to breathe, confusion (see CDC info).
Plan what room in the house you will isolate yourself in for 10 days if you get the virus and want others not to get it from you.
Pick a list of hospitals you would prefer to go to if in yoou need to go there.
Some may have no beds available by then.
